The Ticino Film Commission supports international, Swiss, and local audiovisual productions potentially interested in operating in the region by offering financial, logistical, and organizational assistance, facilitating contacts for permits, and promoting filming locations in Ticino. It aims to create employment opportunities for local professionals and supports the industry with development incentives, continuing education, and networking events. The foundation also promotes Ticino as a film production hub through active communication and media engagement, solidifying its role as a key player in the regional and national film industry.

Ten years after its inception, the Ticino Film Commission has thus become the center of competence for audiovisual creation in Italian-speaking Switzerland and is now an indispensable link in the regional and national film industry chain.
